Seychelles and Zanzibar, located near the Equator off East Africa, enjoy warm, tropical weather year-round, with daily temperatures between 78°F and 90°F (25°C to 32°C). From November to April, during Aqua Lares’ sailing season, the Inner Islands’ evergreen forests remain lush and vibrant, hosting abundant bird colonies, while at the same time, the endangered hawksbill turtle begins its nesting season. Across the Outer Islands, diving conditions are excellent—from the coral-rich atolls of Aldabra to the steep walls of Astove. In Tanzania, these months also bring some of the region's finest marine encounters, with reef sharks, rays, and turtles often spotted in clear waters.
