Aqua Mare is equipped with two military-grade black tenders that offer guests the most comfortable means of transport between the yacht and excursion sites scattered throughout the Galapagos Archipelago.


Tender rides are a fun and relaxing way to explore the islands, allowing guests to enjoy the sea breeze and admire the beautiful landscapes. Highlights on tender rides include:

  • Black Turtle Cove: A pristine mangrove estuary that can only be explored with the tender engines turned off, as we look out for green sea turtles, pelicans, white-tipped reef sharks, and rays in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
     
  • Moreno Point: An entertaining tender ride that takes guests across the rocky shoreline to admire the stunning scenery and observe diverse shore bird species from penguins to blue-footed boobies and flightless cormorants.
     
  • Buccaneer Point: A fascinating journey to learn about the swashbuckling history of the islands, along the coastline of a former anchorage point used by British pirates.
