With keen senses and efficient hunting strategies, hammerheads primarily feed on a diet of fish, squid, and crustaceans. They often roam in schools or solitary, patrolling the depths of the ocean in search of prey. Despite their intimidating appearance, hammerhead sharks rarely pose a threat to humans, preferring to maintain their position as apex predators in their marine habitats.
